17 years in the Public Service in a variety of Investigative and Enforcement roles.
Thereafter moving onto the Private sector (from May 2020 till Oct 2021) overseeing 100 to 150 staff and 25000 pax of foreign workers spread across four dormitories.
Daily meetings with various government officials, internal and external stakeholders, overall management of community engagement for all foreign workers with regards to their well-being and employment issues.
Employed as a General Manager in the process sector industry since Nov 2021 till date.
