Experience

I have 13 years of experience in hospitality industry and have expanded my knowledge and skills in Food and Beverage operations. My last job assignment provided me with a well-rounded experience and skill set in managing and leading the F&B department in a hotel in Kuala Lumpur, with an occupancy of more than 400 room. In addition to this, I have developed and led various training sessions for F&B staff to support their growth. Driving business, enhancing the quality of operation and services, develop and strengthen staff capacity, communication and loyalty are my passion.
