I have been in the car leasing industry for almost 5 years now. Managing fleet for rental , servicing, repairs , accident claims and also customer relation issues. I was given the responsibility to manage a team of 3 sales persons and manage a total of 53 cars in the company. In this 5 years of working in this company , i have gained a lot of knowledge in this industry. It has molded me in a leader and gain more confidence as a person and a worker.
