V-Key Pte Ltd, Singapore – Mobile Security Engineer (Sept 2023 – April 2024) 

Security Research: Leveraged Android SDK and NDK to enhance existing security features, discovering new techniques and documenting findings on Confluence. 

Security Feature Development: Designed and implemented innovative security features based on research findings. Authored detailed documentation and instructions for the testing team and presented these features to clients during meetings. 

Security Feature Maintenance: Addressed customer reports on false positives and false negatives in malware detection. Reproduced reported issues, investigated root causes, and used Android SDK and NDK to resolve bugs, making necessary redesigns. 

Automate Assets Generation: Conducted user interviews to create user stories, use case diagrams, flowcharts, and database designs (RDBMS). Thoroughly documented the design process. 

Sprint Planning and Reporting: Managed sprint planning and reporting using Jira, ensuring timely delivery of security solutions to the customers.
