Nagammai Senthil kumar

I am a current undergraduate student doing a double degree in computer science and business (specialization in business analytics). My passion to do programming and to diversify my skillsets, I have chosen this course. I actively seek new opportunities, to broaden my skillsets. 

Being passionate about giving back to the society, I also actively volunteer during my free-time. I feel that education is key and should be accessible for everyone. As such I conduct cost-free tuitions during my free time. 

I worked as a tax officer at Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) from February 2021 to June 2021. I communicated with 3000+ taxpayer and attended to enquiries regarding Individual Income Tax and Business Income Tax matters via the Individual and Property Tax Helpline. I performed follow-up actions such as creating case referrals/work items and issuance of tax forms and collaborated with a team of 6 to manage taxpayer’s concerns. I was awarded the Top Performer certificate for June 2021 for achieving the highest performance index (PI).

I studied in Commonwealth secondary school and graduated with 5 points in O level. I was under the International Baccalaureate(IB) programme in ACS (Independent). With IB points of 43, I am currently studying Business and Computing at NTU.
