Hello, I am currently working in Singapore but  I wish to come and see for work. Now am working in VA tech Wabag pte ltd Singapore as a Electrical and Instrumentation(Project) Engineer.

Now am working in VA tech Wabag pte ltd Singapore as a Electrical and Instrumentation(Project) Engineer.

  • Hands on work experience in maintenance of PLC and SCADA system.
  • Calibration of pressure, level, flow and temperature transmitters
  • Knowledge in developing logics using ABB, Schneider and Siemens PLC.
  • Creating Graphics and Configure Tags using ABB 800xA Graphics Builder and VijeoCitect.
  • Do Preventive, Predictive Maintenance as per the schedule list.
  • Trouble shooting and analysis the route cause to rectify the faults
  • Effective spare maintenance activities like as per List preparation for all Field Instruments
  • Termination, testing and troubleshooting of PROFIBIS and NETWORKING CABLE.
  • Knowledge in verification of instrument location as per P&ID.
  • Commissioning of Power Panel and Marshalling panels in I/O Rack room.
  • Hands on experience in calibration and maintenance of field instruments.
  • Handling the SMART type instruments and HART Communicators.
  • Loop checking and troubleshooting of instruments through PLC and DCS panels and Automation control system.
  • Coordinating project activities with supervisor and engineer – planning & scheduling day-to-day activities.
