• Acted as a liaison between Group business, T&I, and Sales (Retail & Private Banking Frontline) team to understand the frontliners demand for new features and prioritize the roadmap
• Owned the RM Cockpit product roadmap and met 96% of all features defined by identifying and mitigating any engineering team roadblocks
