I am a freelance yoga instructor specializing in Hatha and Yin styles. My goal is to provide busy souls with a peaceful respite and relief from long durations of sitting in front of devices.
Experience
Currently engaged at multiple yoga studios in the CBD and heartlands, I offer term classes to students who are interested in hourly yoga classes. I also host private group sessions, some events e.g. partner yoga on an adhoc basis.
