Every day financial institution all over the world process countless check transactions on behalf of the customer they serve. it is inevitable that some errors are made during the transfer of funds form one financial institution to another. there errors could be the result of anything from an EE and UD and EI etc. And which might result in customer impact the role of research and adjustment department is to research each situation and make adjustment accordingly in a timely & efficient manner.
