My passion lies in building digital ecosystems, designing experiences, and using technology to bridge gaps and promote inclusivity through access, a possibility spearheaded by Web3.
Information and education can empower and advance- creating content and resources is my small contribution to this ever-evolving space. Currently, I'm working in Web3 as a content designer and strategist.

Experience
Much of my professional experience lies in web3 where I compose, design and curate words to democratise cryptocurrency trading for both novices and experts. I joined forces with product designers, product managers and researchers to bring DeFi features to life and often you will find me driving product marketing support via writing educational pieces, user guides and tutorials. My role gave me the opportunity to work product designers and product managers, developers, and marketing managers to shape the product experience. From crafting user journeys, and conducting user research to crafting numerous style guides and SOPs, I believe that my role is where design thinking and user research meet copy. I am comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in both English and Mandarin and occasionally support translation efforts for localisation. Before working in product, I was a journalist for a lifestyle publication and grew my network when I dabbled in public relations
