Within my 2 years in the coworking industry, I dove in many avenues: customer service, events, sales, operations, marketing and even became a barista while on the job. At the moment, I am seeking for a part-time role as I have just returned from a long travel break.

●  Led the entire project-cycle of over 65 events in 2 years. From planning, scheduling, delegating, to executing and recordkeeping. Measured and analysed the success rates of each event and reported to the APAC head of events.

●  Worked closely with the APAC marketing team to produce branding content material via Canva, MailChimp, Peatix, Instagram and Facebook.

●  Contributed to 25% growth in sales revenue as well as an increase in occupancy from 50% to 100% within 1 quarter, by negotiating and closing a variety of membership deals to potential clients while retaining existing ones.

●  Developed new internal operational procedures to increase efficiency, this includes but is not limited to: front desk administrative duties, infographics for training, as well as an inventory tracker.

●  Built a strong rapport with members to attain loyal clientele and spark opportunities for partnerships.

●  Handled basic finance tasks, such as petty cash, invoicing and receipt of payments using XERO.

●  Prepared and served hot or cold beverages, including teas and espresso-based drinks. Worked alongside my teammate to tackle high volume orders and manage customers wait time expectations.
