Navendran Gopala Krishnan

I have worked in a customer service role at Hapag-Lloyd & Evergreen Marine for 1 year and 6 months. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Business Studies from the Management Development Institute of Singapore in November 2022. I have a financial background as well when I worked at the Efusion Solutions call center to promote HSBC credit cards. I would be open to exploring customer service role in different industries as well.

Working in a customer service and business development role has improved my communication and relationship management skills. These skills are crucial when managing customers facing issues with their bookings or wanting to make changes to their bookings. Furthermore, I got the opportunity to call up customers and perform a service survey to improve the services that are provided. Providing accurate and timely information is another crucial skill that I have developed when communicating with customers through phone and email. 

I have completed my bachelor's degree BSc in Business Studies at the Management Development Institute of Singapore in collaboration with Bangor University, Wales, United Kingdom. During my 1st year, I completed basic business-related subjects such as accounting, business law, economics, statistics, etc. In my 2nd year, I completed courses such as marketing, advertising, business analytics, operations management, organizational learning, and human resource, and in my final year I took courses such as entrepreneurship, business planning, international management, corporate risk, strategy management, and executive compensation.
