Over the past Five years, I have honed my skills in various aspects of accounting, including Full-Set, AP/AR process, month-end and year-end closing , audit schedule, timely tax submission, and ensuring clear financial reporting ,inventory management & procurement and comprehensive knowledge of GST, CPF, ECI and administrative tasks. I am also proficient in utilizing accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero and MYOB. My strong communication and interpersonal skills allow me to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders. I am confident in my abilities and commitment to serve as your next accounts specialist.
Experience
Over the past five years, I have gained experiences across multiple accounting roles. As an Accounts Executive at Great Tech Asia Construction & Decoration Co., ltd, I managed full sets of accounts, reconciliations, budgets, forecasts, tax submissions, and payroll. Previously, as an Accounts and Admin Assistant at Emdees Import & Export Co., Ltd, I was responsible for invoice processing, payment cycles, AR/AP, and payroll distribution. I also supported financial reporting and assisted with audits. These roles strengthened my ability to work independently, meet deadlines under pressure, and maintain accuracy in financial operations.
Education
I hold a Diploma in Accounting and Business (ACCA Part 1) and a Diploma in Accounting and Finance (LCCI Level 3), supported by additional certifications in Business & Sale Management, Advanced Excel and Bookkeeping. I am proficient in Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB and Microsoft office. Through my professional training at SingAcc Professional Pte. Ltd, I also gained valuable exposure to Singapore’s tax system, Income Tax (IR8A, IR21, ECI), GST filings, CPF contributions, payroll, and MOM applications ( S pass/Work Permit) which make me well-prepared for Singapore-based roles.
