Nay Chi Aye

I am Ms. Nay Chi Aye. 

I have graduated Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical Power) at Meiktila Technological University. I started working as MEP site engineer since 2014 to 2017 at DAGON GROUP and I changed my performance role to Quantity Surveyor from 2018 to till now at SHINRYO CORPORATION. I have work done two projects with SHINRYO these are TMIT (shipping terminal project) and Yoma Central Project (height rise residential and commercial buildings that is included 27th floors for two buildings and 24th floors for two buildings.

I have work done two projects these are TMIT (shipping terminal project) and Yoma Central Project (height rise residential and commercial building)with project quantity surveyor position at SHINRYO CORPORATION (2018 ~ present). This project type is height rise building, commercial and residential project that is included 27th floors for 2 buildings and 24th floors for 2 buildings, that is included totally four towers ) , and work done other 2 project with MEP site engineer role at DAGON INTERNAL CONSTRUCTION ( 2014 ~2017 ).

My duties and responsibilities are take-off quantities for materials order and prepare VO and monthly progress claim (IPA) to submit main-contractor. Prepare and check also subcontractor's VO and IPA for assessment. Currently I prepared and settled for Final Account submission
