Developer | AXA XL Reinsurance
Optimized the four Salesforce CRM sales cloud applications for the client AXA XL Reinsurance on contract
from TCS, by analyzing the sales pipeline, tracking the status of the leads and opportunities, and removing
unnecessary customizations to meet the client’s business needs.
• Created reports and dashboards to show metrics of application performance for corporate users.
• Maintain Salesforce user profiles, monitoring security levels and access.
• Diagnosed and resolved 800+ system software incidents during my tenure by providing IT support 
which constituted 40% of all the incidents.
• Extracted, transformed and loaded data from Salesforce and other systems using ETL tools such as 
Dataloader and Skyvia.
• Created and delivered training for end-users on Salesforce usage, resulting in a 20% decrease in 
Salesforce support queries.
