I'm a fresh graduate from Temasek Polytechnic with a diploma in Business specializing in International Business and Entrepreneurship. Throughout the course of my studies I have gained a deeper understanding regarding areas in the business field. I have a strong CCA involvement which allowed me to master skills such as leadership, communication, excel and team-work. Moreover, I have work experience as an intern at Shopee Pte Ltd (E-commerce industry) and as a customer service agent at DiaryFarm (Giant). I'm a hard-working individual who is looking to excel in my career in the Business field using my knowledge and expertise.

I have worked as a cross-border E-commerce intern in Shopee Pte Ltd, where I was in charge of handling returns and processing refunds as well as generating the daily summary report and managing internal stakeholder relationships.

I have also worked as a customer service agent at DiaryFarm, where I handled customer inquiries, complaints and feedbacks as well as managed the database.

I have a diploma in Business specializing in International Business and Entrepreneurship from Temasek Polytechnic.
