Prepare weekly report for General Manager, Prepare Energy report for Finance, Prepare and take PM minutes - Prepare and take Sustainability minutes and prepare PowerPoint slides, Source for quotation, Prepare summary quotation ,Track and follow up on renewal of license, Filing and Scanning documents, Check and approve E-timesheet, Raise PR and update in excel for record, Process invoice for Purchasing to receive and update invoice reference in PR excel spreadsheet, Update renewal licenses and warranties, Prepare monthly maintenance report for Finance, Track PO to update in PR excel spreadsheet. Attend monthly Council meeting, Evaluate systems and facility instrastructure to ascertain and improve operational efficiency, Reported issues to Condo Manager on effective resolution could be put into place, Carry out estate inspection, identify building defects, supervise maintenance and improvement works, Attend to residents enquiries, monitor contractors' performance and manage arrear cases through apps.
