A professional with more than 6 years of working experience in the food industry, specifically in quality assurance and regulatory affairs areas. A team player who is known for exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail, consistently delivering results both independently and within team settings. I have solid experience in regulatory affairs, especially in the food and nutrition industry. In my current role at Huabao Asia Pacific, I handle product documentation, support Halal certification processes, and work with different teams on product development and compliance.

At Nestlé Singapore, I checked product labels and formulations to meet local regulations, reviewed promotional content, and managed packaging data for government reporting.

While at Takasago International, I helped transfer flavor data between systems, ensured products followed regional regulations, and prepared safety documents for exports.

At DSM Nutritional Products, I answered customer questions about product regulations, helped with product registrations, and worked on building an ingredient database for Asia Pacific.

Earlier in my career at Nestlé R&D, I supported lab operations by running tests, ordering supplies, and maintaining lab equipment.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology with Honours from the Singapore Institute of Technology, completed in June 2021. Prior to that, I earned an Advanced Diploma in Applied Food Science from Singapore Polytechnic in 2016, and a Diploma in Applied Food Science and Nutrition from Temasek Polytechnic in 2015.
