After that, I stayed a full year and learned a ton about how to build and manage successfully and  I ended up becoming a top performer in my group before leaving.   1. Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere
  2. Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices.
  3. Organize and maintain files and records, update when necessary
  4. Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets

  18. Assist Purchasing department on Good Receipt
