Hi, I'm a UX/UI Designer who has worked in this field for the last two years. I have designed websites and apps, and created visually pleasing user experiences that understand both user and business needs. I have worked for start-ups, design agencies, and big companies, among developers and managers, so I understand not just the product, but also the overall design process.

In my most recent position, I Improved the experience of 7+ insurance products, having an impact in a 2.9 million user market, and maintained over 10+ features, both for web and mobile (iOS and Android). I worked on increasing user retention of online sales from 7% to 10% by using different research methods such as user interviews and competitive benchmark, gathering insights, understanding user needs, and applying UX principles and methodologies. I also led workshops with the team to get ideas and feedback, and presented these designs to main stakeholders.

As a UX/UI Designer for a marketing agency, I worked on designing and maintaining our clients’ corporate websites and landing pages, alongside developers and account managers. I was in charge of designing responsive design and implemented user-centric best practices for 5+ projects in the pharmaceutics sector with 5K+ users, performing wireframe iterations based on feedback, as well as ensuring brand consistency across platforms and understanding business requirements.
