Job Scope

 Handles travel booking and expenses claim for Asia Pacific Regional Manager.
 Language translation service provided to regional manager with HQ China.
 Translate the official communication from HQ China to local Malaysia REGI Employees.
 Manage the administrative tasks related to office rental, maintenance of furniture and other incidentals.
 Perform standard administrative work including processing of incoming telephone calls, faxes, emails from customers and suppliers and designate the right party to action on it.
 Filing and retrieving information for sales manager and accounts department. Keeping proper all the document records.
 Handle and maintain confidential matter, correspondence and report related to REGI Malaysia.
