About PHYO THET WAI:

           I have 6 years of experience in the interior design industry including 1.5 years local exp in residential design of Singapore. And also a person with a Bachelor of Engineering and a diploma in interior design. So I can accomplish successfully the task assigned by management.

Experience

I am experienced in residential design. and my responsibility are as follow,

  • Liaise with the client or related consultant concerned with the design intents and prepare the 2D/3D presentation for the design submission.
  • Approach 3D model design development based on the client’s requirement.
  • Prepare the material samples for client’s approval.
  • Prepare the detailed drawings, material lists and supplier list for the project start.
  • Prepare the quotations, Vos and claims
  • Assist the project manager, suppliers, and vendors with various fabrications and updated amendments.

 

Education

  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Yangon Technological University)
  • Diploma in Interior Design (ZK Design school)
