• Overlook the day-to-day sales plan
• Ensure meet daily budgeted ADR
• Training new recruits.
• Generating reports and submitting them timely to the director.
• Attend meetings and deliver presentations.
• Manages Local, Global accounts, PCO, DMC, MICE
• Assist in monitoring expenses and budgeting.
