I am a motivated materials engineering fresh graduate with a degree specializing in the properties and manufacturing processes of various materials such as ceramics, polymers, metals, and semiconductors. I am outgoing and a quick learner, dedicated to expanding my knowledge and gaining experience in the engineering field. -Developed a new packaging method for metals products which costed cheaper using 3D modelling
in the SolidWorks software
- Revised existing work instructions and created new ones for all the machine maintenance and
processes involved inside the company
- Gained experience in software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks and Ansys Workbench while doing
projects such as drawing the floorplans of worker hostels and simulating molten metal flow
- Gained experience handling equipment such as grinders, welding machines, industrials furnaces,
and conducted QA/QC tests such as Liquid Penetrant test, Magnetic Particle test, strength test, and
dimension accuracy

Call Centre Agent at Dommal Food Services Sdn. Bhd. (Apr 2019 - Aug 2019)
- Attended calls from customers to order food and placed the orders into the system by collecting
information such as address and contact information
- Carried out tasks such as upselling products to the customers to obtain incentives while
maintaining a calm and sweet tone to the customers
- Achieved the most incentives amongts the agents in March 2019

Warehouse Worker at Regalia Records Management Sdn. Bhd. (Dec 2016 - Mar 2017)
- Handled the inbound and outbound of stored records of customers in the warehouse using
systematic electronic inventory system
- Increased the efficiency of the records transportation by communicating closely to the admin
staffs to arranger the order of the record requests by time
- Gained experince using manual skid lifts, electronic inventory devices, and shredders
