Experience

Security Governance: Strengthen organization's governance from Strategic, Tactical and Operational security function alignment within the organization.

Security Strategy: Formulate Security roadmap and strategy for organizations to transform their security functions across devices, infrastructure and applications.

Security Leadership: Proficient in managing security functions across Business Unit, provide industry trend and insights to protect the critical infrastructure and successfully adopted layered security functions.

CISO Advisor: Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience of all key security aspects required for effective liaison with business functions, third-party vendors and business associate partners, direct efforts to evaluate business needs and build cost-fit solutions (Managed Operational Security budget worth SGD $5.5 M), ensuring client success in managing security budget and outcomes effectively.

Education

Drive leadership within the information security sphere through development of cyber security strategies and action plans.

Acquire executive level support and formulate information security goals and establish policies, standards and procedures in line with whole-of-government cyber security directions.

Execute security governance, compliance by implementing cyber security risk assessment and risk acceptance at the management or executive level by considering whole-of-government policies and standards. Review, endorse, develop risk management and mitigation plans.

Provide advisory on the appropriate cyber security solutions and technologies to be deployed.
