• Facilitating the Agile ceremonies sprint planning, Sprint Review, Sprint retrospective and daily Scrum calls.
• Facilitating product back grooming session and establish the project milestone targets in microlevel.

• Facilitating all Scrum Ceremonies and coordinate with team on daily basis to generate the progress reports.
• Monitor the product backlogs and miles stone tracking with Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Prepare internal reports with release management to ensure the releases time line in order to project time lines. 
• Coaching the teams to follow the Agile principles such as transparence & Adoption 

3)   Assist Manager-PMO                 : -          D’Associates pte ltd, Singapore               (May 2015 to Jan-2018)                  

• Report timely progress of Sprint via burn down/burn up charts and other reporting methods to Product Owners and stakeholders involved.
• Coordinate all Scrum Ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum Meeting, Sprint retrospectives, Sprint Demos, Story Grooming, and Release Planning

• Started Career as Trainee Engineer and assisting in base line plan for assigned projects and monitor progress
