• Competent Associate Project Lead with 3+ years of experience who will build and manage Project teams and ensure quality control throughout Project life cycles. This includes planning, executing and evaluating projects according to predetermined timelines and budgets.
• Experience in project management from inception to project completion to meet client demands by coordinating tasks using Agile Methodology.

• Create and maintain the project management plan, project schedules, and other documentation required to effectively manage deliverables to our customers.
• Collaborate with and be a leader among the project team to ensure successful delivery of the project.
• Manage project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Identify and quantify any variances to the baselines of schedule, scope, quality, or cost. Perform any required corrective actions and communicate results to all stakeholders.
• Perform regular financial reviews of the project and documentation necessary to ensure that the project is proceeding and will complete within the approved budget.
• Identify and track risks, including actively following up on mitigation actions and contingency plans.
• Prepare and present internal and external reports on project health, KPI’s, risks and other program related issues.
• Identify opportunities for process and quality improvements which promote cost reduction.
• Assist in change control process including tracking, gathering estimates, and pricing. Thoroughly evaluate any proposed changes with project stakeholders, and maintain change control documentation.
• Utilize the Project Management Organization’s methodology repository and provide experience-based improvements and best practices back to the team. This includes leading frequent lessons learned and knowledge sharing activities for projects.
• Manage vendors and 3rd party contributors for solutions, ensuring accountability and transparency in expectations for roles, responsibilities and project constraints.
• Assist management and scrum masters in the coordination and completion of projects
• Tracking the progress and quality of the project using Agile Methodology tools like JIRA, Confluence.
• Conducting Scrum call with team every day.
• Prepare weekly client-facing status reports
• Following-up daily with the team to make sure milestones were met.
• Implemented and lead daily stand up meetings with management, creative and social media teams.
• Communicated with clients if the creative team needed any assets to complete the project.
