I transitioned from a VWO background to a significant turning point in my career when I assumed the role of Student Care Supervisor at YMCA, managing my own center. It was during this experience that I discovered a strong passion for nurturing my staff's career development, well-being, and recruitment. This realization inspired me to venture into the corporate sector as an HR professional, leading me to pursue a degree in HR management. Starting as an intern in HR, I have since evolved into a results-driven HR professional, dedicated to delivering impactful outcomes. As a results-driven HR professional with a track record of achieving significant growth and success. Instrumental in expanding team size from 20 to 41 employees, driving revenue growth of 53.4% from FY 2021 to FY 2022. Adept at navigating complex processes, successfully registering a business entity in the UK, and facilitating the relocation of a GM for European expansion. Proven expertise in talent acquisition, having sourced and placed high-caliber candidates across various industries. Known for automating onboarding processes, streamlining operations, and developing comprehensive employee handbooks for international expansion.
