- 24/7 Monitored and Handled ATOM Myanmar Nation Wide Network and Internet Service Provider ISP links (Campana, DTAC, NT, UIH, Fibrecomm) and Enterprise Network as a Tier 1 Engineer.
- Investigated first line incidents assigned and identify the root cause of incidents and problems.
- Provided first-line technical support to ATOM clients and enterprise customers, consistently meeting SLA targets.
- Supported remote instruction for Layer 1-3 network issues, coordinating with FME as needed.
- Implemented re-routing solutions during service incidents, escalating critical tickets to minimize outages.
- Identified network issues and anomalies, generating statistical analysis to meet SLAs.

- Collaborated effectively with BO engineers, customers, vendor, and 3PP third party team to troubleshoot and resolve incident.
