I am a highly experienced Registered Nurse with over 21 years of dedicated service in both clinical and administrative roles. My career has been marked by a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care in high-pressure environments, including intensive care units, emergency departments, and renal/haemodialysis centre. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Nursing in Management, Teaching Methodology, Wound Care, and Research, which have equipped me with a broad and adaptable skill set. I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to bring my expertise and leadership to your hospital, where I can continue contributing to improved patient outcomes and operational excellence.

For over two decades, I have honed my clinical expertise in critical care and emergency settings, as well as specialised treatment areas like haemodialysis. My extensive experience has trained me to remain calm and focused during emergencies, provide compassionate care, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. I also have a passion for education and mentorship; leveraging my training in teaching methodology, I have developed training programs and guided junior staff to elevate clinical standards. This combination of practical skills and continuous learning has been central to my adaptability and dedication in every role I undertake.

In my previous role at a private healthcare facility in Malaysia, I have expanded my impact beyond bedside nursing by leading numerous operational initiatives. Over the past 13 years, I have overseen critical functions such as procurement, recruitment, budgeting, billing, and payroll to ensure efficient and effective patient care. I spearheaded the development and implementation of policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) and crafted contingency plans to maintain quality care during unexpected challenges. I also routinely monitor medical and operational key performance indicators (KPIs), manage licensing renewals and audits in Malaysia, and enforce infection control measures. Through these experiences, I have cultivated strong organisational and managerial skills and earned a reputation as a reliable leader who supports both staff and institutional goals.

Throughout my career, I have been known for my dedication, adaptability, and leadership.
