Qianni Lu

Freelance JP-EN translator with 5 years of experience, mainly working in the media and gaming industry. As a young student who did not have the chance to learn Japanese in a school setting, I embarked on a 13-year long (and counting!) journey in self-learning the language and was eventually introduced to translation at university, where I developed an interest and passion in the translation industry!

I love working in various fields to expand my horizons, and share my knowledge with like-minded colleagues. I hope what I do can help promote works of various formats and genres to a broader audience and infuse joy in everyone's lives, no matter how small they may be!
