1. A high drive professional who portrays excellence attitude in everything I do relating to tasks given or improvements on existing SOPs. With in-depth understanding and extensive work exposure, I am able to perform better than peers of similar experience length.
2. I consider myself as a well-knowledge individual who have experience and understand all type of vehicles from commercial to private, from ICE to EV and from personal to fleet customers. With such knowledge, it helps in my understanding of component failures better. Example: A group CEO who hires a chauffeur may have higher idling time which results in quicker wear and tear as the engine running time will be higher due to the need to ensure the car is comfortable to ride in for his/her boss.  

1. Good technical knowledge on ICE, Diesel, Hybrid and EVs.
2. Ability to understand to a deeper depth on vehicle usage given the type of customer who use the vehicle.
3. Ability to understand that traffic and road conditions may affect higher levels of “premature” failure or wear and tear. Example: higher frequency of poor road conditions (bumps, potholes and uneven roads) causing quicker wear and tear to suspension systems, tyres, lower arm bushings etc

Being trained and relevant experience with most angles of Automotive related aspects by working from ground up along with my education, helps me make much better decisions/directions. This approach has proven many times to my peers who are more experienced than me.
