During my time as a Brand Partnership Manager at TikTok, i did Client Relationship Management and sales:  I had the opportunity to establish and manage relationships with prominent 3C/Tech vertical clients like apple, MS and dell. I excelled in driving client investment, identifying upsell opportunities, and increasing revenue from existing clients. My expertise lies in building strong and profitable partnerships, which has been instrumental in fostering long-term connections with our valued clients and resulted in a 15% increase in Revenue during Q4 period. 

As a Client Partner at Oracle Data Cloud i focused on Sales Revenue Growth and Customer Satisfaction: I successfully achieved a 15% increase in sales revenue year on year through effective forecasting, strategic account management and managing partnerships. Maintaining a high customer satisfaction rating and driving new customer acquisition. 

Started out my career as a Senior Ad Operations at Essence Global, I was responsible for managing Google accounts and working with Campaign Manager. This experience has given me extensive familiarity with Google's technology offerings. And did project management by Identifying technology measurement gaps and limitations within Google products and campaigns, leading to the development of custom solution tracking with Firebase Mobile Deeplinking.
