About Rachel Wong:

I am a final year student pursuing a Bachelor's in Marketing with a minor in digital content marketing. I would describe myself as a meticulous and task-oriented person, determined to deliver tasks to the best of my abilities. - Spearheaded the launch of an automated journey to retarget leads that are turning 16 
- Created new audience segmentation to improve targeting 
- Implemented new workflows to improve efficiency across all markets
- Collaborated with local marketing teams and HQ creative teams to execute journeys and campaigns effectively
- Assisted the team with campaign setups and post-campaign reporting and analysis
- Conducted A/B testing on a campaign to improve click-through rates and conversion rates

 

Role: Regional PR & Social Media Intern 

Company: ZALORA South East Asia 

Time period: Dec 2021 - June 2022

- Executed regional social activations for the following mega campaigns: ZALORA’s 10th Birthday and ZALORA Big Fashion Sale
- Planned and scheduled the regional social media calendar for ZALORA Big Fashion Sale 2022 that was running in all 6 markets
- Headed the YouTube Revival Project by creating and scheduling YouTube videos on a weekly basis
- Conceptualised, directed, filmed and edited 3 YouTube videos and 5 short-form videos for TikTok/IG Reels
- Wrote 13 influencer engagement briefs that was used both internally and externally
