I am a final year student pursuing a Bachelor's in Marketing with a minor in digital content marketing. I would describe myself as a meticulous and task-oriented person, determined to deliver tasks to the best of my abilities. Having specialised in Marketing in my course of study, the knowledge and experiences gained have definitely helped me understand more about marketing which will help me in the future.

- Spearheaded the launch of an automated journey to retarget leads that are turning 16 
- Created new audience segmentation to improve targeting 
- Implemented new workflows to improve efficiency across all markets
- Collaborated with local marketing teams and HQ creative teams to execute journeys and campaigns effectively
- Assisted the team with campaign setups and post-campaign reporting and analysis
- Conducted A/B testing on a campaign to improve click-through rates and conversion rates

- Executed regional social activations for the following mega campaigns: ZALORA’s 10th Birthday and ZALORA Big Fashion Sale
- Planned and scheduled the regional social media calendar for ZALORA Big Fashion Sale 2022 that was running in all 6 markets
- Headed the YouTube Revival Project by creating and scheduling YouTube videos on a weekly basis
- Conceptualised, directed, filmed and edited 3 YouTube videos and 5 short-form videos for TikTok/IG Reels
- Wrote 13 influencer engagement briefs that was used both internally and externally
