• Creating 3D MEP Models such as ELECTRICAL in Revit
• Creating 2D Cad drawingfrom Pdf
• Creating familiesfor the MEP services in revit as per Singapore Standard / client'srequirement
• Preparing MEP ELECTRICALS Models from the 2d reference drawing
• Preparing Shop drawings, As-builtdrawings in revit and exportingthem to CAD and Pdf
• Drafting & Detailing of Electrical works such as Lighting, Power,Elv in 2d /3d / Isometric & single linediagram & Fire Alarm System Layouts, Zone Chart & Schematic Diagram
• Review MEP Servicesmodel & avoid clashes
• Resolve the technical issues & co-ordinate with BIM team head
• Preparing CSD in Revit and cad for approval
• Creating sheets,annotations, elevation views,sections and 3D views
• Generating Electrical Modelswith all disciplines & worksets and filters
• Co-Ordination for all servicesby Interface check,Navisworks and Revizto
• Monitoring BIM clashes &resolve by using Navisworks, Revizto
• To ensure all services modelsare followed as per Singaporestandards
• Preparing Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports of Projects Managing BIM libraries,Revit families & files
• Preparation of Bill of quantities (BOQ) if required
