Provide guidance and technical assistance to service teams and sub-contractors on service assignments, testing and commissioning, Verify and prepare payment to sub- contractors.
• Deliver leadership to the chiller systems maintenance team members in providing chiller maintenance, repair and ASD, Organize and plan a schedule for the team to ensure max utilization of resources
• Advise team on latest development in chiller/ACMV technology.
• Vendor management – Engaging sub-contractors to fulfill customers’ requirements
which includes Routine services/ Preventive Maintenance, Service Repairs.
• Team Management – Managing internal teams to ensure the work process
meeting the customer’s requirements and team attaining their target on time.
• Sales target– making sure the individual/team attains their target sales
with maximum effort.
Forecasting sales – doing forecast as per history and making sure to achieve the forecast sales target.
• Customer management – fulfilling customer’s requirements and having a healthy relationship with them.
• Report management – managing all customers documents such as quotations approval, safety docs RA (Risk Assessment), SWP (Safe Work procedure), MSDS (Material Safety data Sheet), Layout Plan (Referring indications on layout plan for customer references), and Incident report.
• Conducting weekly team meeting to discuss on work progress and issues on the week to find solutions.
