This is Pitchaipillai Rajkumar, I have around 9 years' experience in the field of Electrical & Instrumentation field at oil & petrochemical industry. Now I am working as an E&I Construction Superintendent at Sanko Singapore pte Ltd in Singapore.

As an Electrical & Instrumentation engineer, I have been involved with the design (beginning level), Construction, installation, testing, maintenance, and commission of various types of instruments, analyzers used in industry.

Technically, I am qualified as an Control & Instrumentation Engineer from the ANNA UNIVERSITY in INDIA. I can work well in teams and possess knowledge in analytical, communication, fault finding, and trouble shooting skills. My fundamentals in instrumentation and control systems are fairly strong (theoretically & practically).

To support for the Preparation of test plans for Electricals accessories and instrument installation, documents for calibrations and system configurations.

Preparation of JLAs and method statements for nature of the job to be performed,

Planning and scheduling of E & I activity.

Liaising with clients, suppliers, contractors and relevant authorities to execute the E & I act ivies in safely, Quality with standard.

Prepare (beginning level) Instrument INDEX, I/O List, Cable Schedule, Jb wiring & Loop drawings In SPI (INtools).

Participate to SAT & FAT testing and field inspections.

Responsibilities:

Erection, installation & commissioning of Switch gear, MCC, VFD Panel, LCS, pressure gauge, transmitters, control valves, Thermocouples & RTD’S, gas & smoke detectors, analyser, vibration sensor, CCTV camera and speed sensors & Conduct Motor SOLO Run Functional check with LCS.

Bench & field calibration, loop checking, logic checking, erection, commissioning, preventive & corrective maintenance and troubleshooting activities of process control instruments.
