Ramadhan Rajab

Coming from from retail background, i am customer oriented. I have excellent customer service/engagement, a quick learner and approachable. I am also a passionate sports person. For the past years i have been doing triathlons, swimming(open water/pool), cycling and also long distance running recreationally. My love for water sports grew and i also did scuba and freediving in the recent months. I‘d love to be able to learn coaching skills and be able to share my passions with others too.

I was working in Decathlon as Retail Sports Specialist. in this role i advise customers on our product information so they can make the best decision before purchase. I also took up the Duty Manager duty role where i lead a team of 20-30 staff for daily operations. My responsibilities include safety and security of store, smooth sailing SOP, set day priorities for the team and also handle customer complaints. I am CPR First aid trained and also fire warden trained.

I did my diploma in Sonic Arts at Republic Polytechnic in 2018. In recent years i picked up a few certifications such as American Council Exercise Personal Training certificate, Autism Fitness certification. There will also be more upcoming certifications that i will be taking to upskill knowledge.
