- Monitoring computer networks for security issues.
- Monitoring SIEM and related security technologies to detect and evaluate security events.
- Correlating and analysing security events.
- Investigating security breaches and other cyber security incidents.
- Monitor Email campaigns to identify high-risk customer experiences (i.e., phishing, malware, counterfeit offers, scams, and predatory or deceptive offers) .
- Following operational processes and procedures to analyse, identify, escalate, and assist in remediation of critical information security incidents.
