I am a highly motivated Year 3 undergraduate student at the National University of Singapore (NUS), currently seeking to embark on a promising career in the real estate industry. With a strong desire to explore diverse experiences in the business world, I believe I possess the perfect blend of academic achievements, professional competence, and a genuine passion for the real estate sector.

I actively seek out opportunities to gain practical experience and broaden my understanding of the industry. Driven by my inquisitive spirit, I have proactively participated in various extracurricular activities and internships. These engagements have honed my interpersonal skills, refined my problem-solving abilities, and provided exposure to the intricacies of the business landscape. Particularly, I am thrilled to channel my energy and apply my talents within the real estate sector, by accessing a platform to discover my true potential in this sector. 

I have previously worked as an Audit Intern in a Mid-tier and a Big 4 accountancy firm. As an Audit Intern at Grant Thornton and Deloitte, I have gained valuable professional experience in the field of auditing. My role involved assisting the audit teams in conducting financial statement audits, reviewing client records, and assessing internal controls. I actively participated in the execution and completion of audit engagements.

During my time at Grant Thornton, I worked closely with senior auditors and contributed to the overall audit process. I gained exposure to the manufacturing industry and clients, helping me develop a diverse skill set. Additionally, I was responsible for analyzing financial statements, identifying potential risks and providing recommendations for improvement.

At Deloitte, I continued to build on my auditing skills and took on additional responsibilities with especially client communication and interaction. My attention to detail and strong analytical abilities were crucial in identifying discrepancies and ensuring compliance with professional auditing standards. Overall, my professional experience as an Audit Intern at Grant Thornton and Deloitte allowed me to develop a solid foundation in auditing and financial analysis.

You have completed your undergraduate education in Business Administration (BBA) at the National University of Singapore (NUS). Additionally, you have obtained secondary education in accountancy at Kendriya Vidyalaya.
