I played a significant role in arranging meetings, generating opportunities, and building a pipeline for all of the cloud products PointStar offers - Oracle NetSuite ERP, Workato, and Builder AI. I learned how to use the various platforms & tools PointStar utilizes to locate key target accounts and run successful campaigns; such as SalesQL, LinkedInNAV, Crunchbase & Saleswhale. Furthermore, I had to identify triggers in key accounts which prompted further analysis into individual personas at primarily the C-level in the Finance, IT & operations departments. 

Once I had the information I needed, I would run outbound prospecting campaigns consisting of email sequences, Linkedin messages, and cold calling to establish if the target accounts had a requirement for a new system. I would then qualify the prospects by finding out their budget, need, timeline, and authority and pass the information to the sales managers to conduct a discovery meeting. 

In my coursework, I have taken a wide range of modules that have allowed me to develop a strong foundation in statistical modeling, programming, and data analysis. I have completed courses such as Statistics 1 & 2, Programming in Data Science, and Applied Modelling and Prediction, which have equipped me with a deep understanding of data wrangling, exploratory data analysis, and machine learning algorithms. In Programming in Data Science, I learned Python, R, and SQL, which I then applied to analyze and clean a large dataset of flight arrival and departure data. I also utilized machine learning techniques such as Random Forest and Naive Bayes to predict flight delays with high accuracy and AUC.

Furthermore, in Applied Modelling and Prediction, I gained hands-on experience in using Tableau and Excel to create interactive dashboards that visualize complex business data. I worked on a project that involved analyzing the performance of an organization that sells office products, and created five dashboards covering various aspects of the business such as sales and profit overview, market analysis, category analysis, customer analysis, and profit forecast. I was able to gain valuable insights and provide actionable recommendations to improve the overall performance of the organization.
