Ratna Delia Octaviana

With 16 years of experience, Ratna has accomplished a various master planning & urban design projects in China, Middle-East, Russia, Africa and Southeast Asia countries with government as well as private clients. Her portfolio includes strategic national importance such as the award-winning Yuzhong Eco Innovative City, Fuzhou Strategic Master Plan, Indonesia’s Rempang Island Special Economic Zone Master Plan, etc.

Being trained as an Urban Planner has completely changed how she sees the cities differently; she is no longer just enjoying the space but dissecting it by admiring its green spaces, noticing whether the road lane is too wide, or even experiencing how the space could change people's behavior. In her personal time, she likes to spend time with her loved ones, reading books, and doing her favorite hobby, photography. 

As a Senior Associate, she oversees team and project management, business development, and leading master planning projects in terms of design & overall project execution. She always believes that occupying a leadership position is not the same as leading. To lead, you must be able to connect, motivate, and inspire a sense of ownership of shared objectives. Heightening your capacity to lead others requires seeing how you think and act and how your behavior affects others. 

Ratna is also part of RSP Indonesia team and leads the firm expansion to Indonesia market. The experience equipped her with go-to-market skills that enriched her overall capability. She is also part of RSP Global Design Committee, BCA Young Leaders 2021 and obtained Full Planner status from Singapore Institute of Planners.
