• Analysis and visualization of survey responses to find relationship of PAB/PMD rider attitude with accident risk using correlation, principal component analysis and random forest feature extraction techniques.
• Managing major administrative duties aiming to increase rider participation.
• Presenting the final report with the results and observations to Land Transport Authority, Singapore.
• Recently started working on a survey project to analyze the impact of active mobility infrastructure on interaction between pedestrians and cyclists and suggest appropriate modifications.

• Analyzed road network congestion across Singapore using vehicle speed in road links.
• Guided two final year project students on analysis of accident and congestion data.
• Explored the impact of road accidents in Singapore on traffic congestion.
Project 3 – Error-tolerant computing using approximate circuits, School of Computer Science and Engineering
Skills Used: Python, matplotlib, MATLAB, Image Processing, PyVerilog, Veriloggen, PySimpleGUI, Verilog
• Designed novel approximate digital circuits which are faster, compact and power saving compared to accurate circuits and implemented the same in image processing.
• Guided a final year student on development of a multifunctional and interactive GUI tool to generate the Verilog code for approximate adder/multiplier based on user specifications.
