My experience here in ISS for Training Program Development and Delivery.  It is that we work with Fire Safety on the program's place for users to attend training in the hospital. I am also in charge of signage, I develop a QR placed Signage system and with my team we manage over 3000 Signages throughout NUH. While the term Signages may seem insignificant, but a mistake of 1 signage, NUH will penalize us $500 but throughout the 4 years NUH it has been a $0 penalty due to the constant check, coordination and delivery.

I am proficient in analyzing competency gaps and conducting thorough training needs analysis based on business requirements and which is most efficient. My ability to gather and analyze feedback data allows me to accurately measure learning effectiveness and make data-informed adjustments. Majorly I am an analyst, I will see through data and depending on the risk management and fault to evaluate.

In NUH, I manage the projects payment and finance for sites. Work with HQ on the budgeting plans & attendance on a monthly Basis. I would advise the team which direction to proceed with payment and evidence of work completed.

I have a solid performance and trust from management but currently my company does not have a future for my career as I would like to grow into a bigger role. My expertise in talent negotiations may enable me to identify and develop high-potential employees and progressive learning.

Whether in ISS or DKSH, we maintain our client to the highest standard, working closely and have a good amount of engagement to understand their needs and I would provide a solution.
