1. NETS many years ago as Troubleshooting Hotline cum Customer Service Coordinator under Marketing Dept [solve customers' technical problems, data entry and management reports] .  

As voluntary staff-bonding activities coordinator, I enjoy planning,  sourcing for right vendors for staff's social activities (worked within budget).

Self-Learned: Basic html, create animated graphics, video edits etc.

More than 9 years fulltime taking care of elderly parent, woke up only after 10am according to mother's sleep patterns as she was more active at night.

Learned and certified: First Aiders , Caregiving to Elderly Citizens, Growth Hacking and Digital Marketing to Increase Profitability (2 certs).

2.  Joined Hong Ye Group as Relief/Adhoc Hotel Banquet Server, could only work in afternoons due to sleep habit.  3.5 years before being affected by covid19.  Served in many 5-star hotels kncluding Holiday Inn, Four Seasons, Hilton and Pan Pacific Hotels.

Learned: fine dining setup, attained NEA Food & Beverage Hygiene cert.

3.  Currently a Senior Law Enforcement Officer (Safety & Protection) in Public Transport Division with my current employer's client (RTT, PPAP, Bag Check, Manage Disorderly/Threatening Behaviour, handling of HHMD, etc).  

Self-learned: traffic control hand signals, Krav Maga for self-defense
