Risshila Manickam

I'm Risshila Manickam and I'm looking for the position Senior Inspector in Quality Assurance. 

• Perform machine, equipment calibration and operating metrology tools based on the work instruction such as OCV multimeter, height gauge, weight machine, thickness gauge, block gauges, computers, micro meter jigs, Vernier Caliper. 
• Maintain assigned machine and equipment as a PIC. 
• Perform inspection and reliability test in outgoing product for defects. 
• Experience with TOSCAT for evaluation of battery materials to quality control. 
• Perform inspection and measure finished product by confirming specification data (eg: weight, height, voltage, and diameter) and conducting visual as per the model requirement. 
• Issue good and abnormal reports for inspected product. 
• Monitor QC data trend and report to Engineer. 
• Provide OJT for new member and ensure that they follow the SOPs. 
• Lead the team as a PIC when supervisor is not available. 
  Support Product Design engineer in conducting engineering evaluations for issues related to new model and parts introduction. 
• Support engineer in tabulating the attribute/variable Gage Reproducibility & Repeatability (GR&R) and report if the capability ratio found out-of-spec. 
• Ensure that the inspection equipment station meets the 5S requirement. 
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with regulations.
