Hi! I am Robin, a Diploma graduate in Mechanical Engineering at Ngee Ann Polytechnic. A highly adaptable and eager-to-learn individual, I am comfortable handling tasks outside my comfort zone. Aside from possessing technical knowledge, I developed good interpersonal skills during my internship and part-time jobs. Roles and responsibilities: System Technical Specialist
• Set up computer systems on site (Pick! Locker)
• Maintained and troubleshot systems (CCTV/NVR systems, networking issues & configuration, hardware rectification)
• Addressed problems and provide technical solutions
• Assisted backend software and system engineers
Achievements
• Addressed and escalated an overheating issue in the power supply causing batteries to bloat and leak due to airflow constrictions to my supervisor.
• Provided a solution to the Executive Director to install exhaust fans next to the power supply to pull out hot air generated.
• Tasked to mentor a new employee about the technical details of the system and SOP in the company.
