I am an insurance practioner for 20 years, and very familiar in servicing customers, sales target, and other customer needs like complaint, enquiry and all sorts of job.

I am sure I can fit in the Retail job at Uniqlo, although I don’t have Retail job experience, but I believe my skills and experience in insurance will definitely benefit to it. 

I am master in: Communication skills, interpersonal skills, leadership and building up relationship.

My skills in Microsoft office, social media and all sorts of paper work, is contributing to the works I do. 

I am someone who highly value of respect, respect in work, colleagues and value everyone as human.

I am an Insurance pracitioner since 2003 until today, with Prudential Singapore. 

Starting from Financial consultant to Senior Financial Services Manager. 
I am good in building up relationship with customers, leading the team, coaching and understanding people’ character.
