I have five years of experience in handling administrative work and working as an English Preschool Teacher. I am skilled in taking phone calls, managing correspondence, typing, developing and maintaining filing systems, organizing meetings and scheduling appointments. (indicate admin related skills) To add on, i have Skills in communication and organizational skills, pay attention to details, the ability to work under pressure, confidentiality, telephone etiquette, and computer competences. I have completed my degree in business administration from Birmingham University,UK and i am doing a career switch from teaching to the co-operate world. I have some experience working in DBS as a corporate customer service and medical admin in Pancare medical as well. I am currently working as a client executive officer at DBS at MBFC and I have learn many skills and learn different softwares that the bank uses.
I am highly motivated and strive to do my best in everything that I do. I am a result-driven individual who is able to work well in a team. I adapt well to any environment and am able to overcome challenges by upholding my goals in mind. Although I don't have much experience in the corporate working world, I am an inquisitive learner and passionate about learning new skills.
