I first discovered yoga in 2019 during a time when I was looking for better balance—both physically and mentally. I still remember my very first class clearly: it was challenging, grounding, and surprisingly calming at the same time. I left the studio feeling lighter, more present, and deeply connected to my breath. That feeling stayed with me and eventually inspired me to deepen my practice and share yoga with others.
I love creating flows that feel challenging yet approachable—and I’m a big believer that yoga should feel good, not intimidating. I always encourage students to listen to their bodies and move at their own pace.
Experience
I began my yoga journey in 2019 and quickly discovered its transformative effects on both body and mind. Since then, I have deepened my practice and teaching, specializing in all-level Vinyasa flows and hip-opening classes. I focus on creating classes that are accessible yet empowering, helping students build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Teaching is my passion, and I take joy in guiding students to connect with their breath, body, and present moment.
